Black Ice Productions presents NUOVO Mag photoshoot

-- Winds vs Persistence
The exuberance of the entire team was a priceless masterpiece. Grim persistence of the affiliates prevailed against the boisterous winds. The motto of the day was “when you are given lemons, make some lemonade”. Quitting isn’t a option regardless of the difficult nature of the circumstance. Therefore; never feel discouraged, was the lesson that echoed. Witnessing the journey to perfection was absolutely electrifying.
Good things come in small packages is a understatement when describing the photographer Kira Bucca. She held a lot of sway in the photo shoot. As the backdrop reeled upward, wanting to dance with the clouds, my jaws dropped. The scene reminded me of a flying kite. The team rushed to retrieve it. Afterwards, bricks were used to stabilize the ripped leftovers. The assistants (Lise & Shion) held a tenacious grip on the other essential props. Even though winds excessively blew, they literally killed themselves with laughter.
During the comical ambience, Dwain Dj Johnson started capturing the visual arts. Uttering an untroubled tone, Kira stated “ok, back to work”. To the right, Nedra Tinsley stood with anticipation. One moment a make-up artist, next glance, she was trying to find light for the shot. In the meanwhile, Vince Von Harrington held a elegant stance. He looked straight out of a high end magazine, in person. The weather couldn’t break his focus, such professionalism. Only the juggernauts in the fashion industry could’ve survived this photo shoot. I was searching for warmth from the sun, while everyone else added their piece to the puzzle.
Mike Stallings facial expression clearly created the synergy between Black Ice Productions and Nuovo Magazine. We were greeted with smiles & hand shakes, upon entering the doors. Lingering with curiosity of the designers and the location of the shoot, I waited patiently. The model walked out with a classic look, from head to toe. Despite the ashy ankles, but that’s what friends are for. Assistants were grabbing bags when Kira states “ we are going on the roof”. In my heels, I took one step at a time up the ladder, consumed with anxiety. I was ready to experience behind the scenes with Nuovo Magazine.
